To practise GYROINESIS® movement:
A 1-hour session with movement, active mobilization and breath. We will include some energy-grounding and body awareness exercises that will improve performance and protect the lower back and joints by increasing core/pelvic floor connection. The gentle yet intense exercises teach the body to move more efficiently, using the natural muscle alignment.

If you cannot make that time, email me to register and mention that it's for the recorded class. I'll send the recording link out after class and it lasts 3 days.
Flowing, rhythmic movement with breath to align your spine, open energy pathways in the body and connect to your deep core muscles! no special equipment needed, just a chair/stool, and the floor... maybe a mat if you prefer one.
