My background is in a variety of movement disciplines, including Yoga, Northern and Southern styles of Kungfu, ballet and modern dance and aerial rope. I have also run 9 marathons and a couple of ultra-marathons. It was while training in aerial circus that I came across the GYROKINESIS® method and realized how good it is for all types of bodies and how much it helps in any physical discipline.
My mission is to help people connect more with their bodies to promote spinal health and move in a delicious, healthy way that will help prevent injury and prolong full mobility.
